Elevate at Pena Station in Denver, CO

By far the best apartment and move-in experience we’ve ever had! If I could give this place higher than a 5/5, I would!! We have been here about a week now, and everything has been great so far! Jackie in the office is absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to help make our move-in as smooth as possible, and we truly can’t thank her enough. She was incredibly personable, patient, and took the time to get to know us and understand our situation. She was always willing to help, kept us informed, and did everything she could to make sure we had a smooth experience from start to finish. She even left us a sweet welcome card and a small welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful personal touch and something we really appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us through the move-in process. The maintenance staff is top tier. Our first night we had a problem with our hot water. I put in a request late that night and early the next morning they were there to fix it. The guy told us next time call as they consider that an emergency (we didn’t know!). We also needed window slats for the screen door and they came right away to replace them. We took a few days to move in and one afternoon we came in the main door downstairs and there was a gentleman literally scrubbing the concrete steps. I’ve never seen an apartment complex take such pride in maintaining a property. The community grills are SPOTLESS! They are so clean and shiny that you’d think they were brand new. The apartment itself is perfect! We love the layout and the huge kitchen. Plus, we have tons of natural light, which is perfect for our many plants! There’s plenty of space, everything feels bright and comfortable, and it really feels like home. Another great perk is living so close to the train station. It’s no more than a 5–6 minute walk away, which makes it really convenient to get to work at the airport or head downtown. All the neighbors we have met so far have been really nice and friendly. It’s very quiet and a great place to come home to and relax. We’re genuinely so happy with our decision to live here and are looking forward to making this place our home!
